Delivery
We deliver anywhere in India, and orders reach you within 7 days of being placed. Delivery is free on orders over ₹999. Below that a charge applies depending on where you are; we confirm it when we reply, so you know the full cost before anything is dispatched.
Prices and taxes
Listed selling prices are inclusive of all taxes. The MRP shown struck through is the maximum retail price. Delivery is not included in the cart subtotal.

Why is there no checkout?
For a business of this size a conversation works better than a form. It lets us confirm availability before you pay anything, and answer questions about a powder you have not used before.
Is my order confirmed when I send the message?
No. The message is an order enquiry. It records what you would like; nothing is confirmed until we reply.
Do I need WhatsApp installed?
On a phone the link opens the WhatsApp app if you have it. On a desktop it opens WhatsApp Web. Either way you can also email us the same details.
What personal information does the message contain?
Only your order — products, SKUs, quantities and totals. We do not add your name, address or any payment information to the message. Your WhatsApp number is visible to us because you are messaging us, as it would be in any WhatsApp conversation.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
