Privacy Policy

What this website stores, what it does not, and where your information goes when you place an order.

In short

This website has no accounts and no checkout. Your cart and wishlist are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. We take no payment information at any point. When you press Proceed, your order is handed to WhatsApp and the conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms as well as ours.

What we store on your device

Your cart and your wishlist are saved in your browser’s local storage. They hold product identifiers and quantities and nothing else — no name, no contact details. They stay on the device you used, are not sent to us, and are not visible to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.

What we do not collect

  • We do not have user accounts, so we hold no passwords.
  • We do not take payment on this website, so we never see or store card, UPI or bank details.
  • We do not ask for a delivery address on the website.

Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are read, which products are viewed, and where people stop. This is measured in aggregate. We do not send personal information such as your name or contact details to analytics, and we never record a purchase event, because no purchase is completed here.

Analytics cookies are set by Google. You can block them with your browser settings or a content blocker; the site works normally without them.

When you order on WhatsApp

Pressing Proceed generates a message containing your order — product names, SKUs, quantities, unit prices and the total. It does not include your name, address or any payment information. Nothing is sent until you send it.

Once you send it, we can see your WhatsApp number and profile name, as anyone can in a WhatsApp conversation, and whatever else you choose to tell us in order to arrange delivery. We use that information to fulfil your order and to answer you, and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone who is not involved in getting the order to you. The conversation itself is also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy terms.

Images and hosting

Product and content imagery may be served through ImageKit, a content delivery network. Your browser requests those images directly, and standard web-server information such as your IP address is visible to that provider in the process.

Your choices

  • Clear your cart, wishlist and any cookies from your browser settings at any time.
  • Block analytics cookies without losing any site functionality.
  • Ask us what we hold from your WhatsApp conversation, or ask us to delete it, by messaging +91 78450 21435 or emailing contact@thenvanam.com.

If this policy changes we will update this page. Because there are no accounts, we cannot notify you individually — the current version is always the one published here.
