The terms on which this website is provided, and what an order enquiry does and does not create.
In short
Sending a WhatsApp order message creates an enquiry, not a confirmed order or a contract of sale. A sale is formed only when we reply confirming availability and terms. No payment is taken on this website.
Order enquiries
The cart and the Proceed button exist to compose an order enquiry. Sending it tells us what you would like to order; it does not reserve stock, confirm availability, fix a delivery date or complete a purchase. We will reply, and a sale is formed only if and when we confirm it.
Products and information
We describe each product by its composition, net quantity and the usage guidance supplied for it, together with a description of how the ingredient has traditionally been used in South India. Descriptions of traditional practice are cultural and historical, not clinical.
Nothing on this website is medical advice, and no product is offered to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified practitioner. Patch test before topical use, follow the usage guidance on each product page, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Pricing
Selling prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of all taxes. The struck-through figure is the maximum retail price. Delivery is not included and is arranged separately on the WhatsApp conversation. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to an order is the one we confirm in reply to your enquiry.
Bundles are priced as the exact sum of their member products and carry no additional discount.
Accuracy
We take care to keep product information correct. If an obvious error appears in a price, description or availability, we will tell you when replying to your enquiry rather than proceeding on the incorrect terms.
Acceptable use
You may browse this website, share links to it and quote it with attribution. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, republish substantial parts of its content as your own, or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
Intellectual property
The text, artwork and structure of this website belong to THENVANAM. Botanical names, traditional practices and the plants themselves obviously do not, and nothing here claims otherwise.
Liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, as distinct from our obligations in respect of goods we actually supply to you, which are governed by applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
